I use the Enneagram as a collaborative tool to help you explore the motivations, fears, emotional needs, and protective patterns that shape your experiences. Together, we will identify your Enneagram type and notice how its patterns appear in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and physical responses. Rather than placing you in a box, the Enneagram offers a compassionate framework for understanding why certain patterns developed and how they may have helped you feel safe. This awareness can support healing, strengthen relationships, and help you make choices that feel more authentic and intentional.
The Enneagram draws from ancient spiritual and philosophical wisdom and has evolved into a meaningful tool for self-discovery. Today, it is used in therapy, coaching, and personal growth to help people better understand themselves, recognize recurring patterns, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting change.
In therapy, the Enneagram offers a meaningful way to explore the motivations, fears, and emotional needs that shape how you think, feel, and respond. As you begin to recognize patterns that may have once helped you feel safe but now keep you feeling stuck, you can approach yourself with greater compassion, build healthier relationships, and make choices that more closely reflect the life you want to create.
The Enneagram describes three centers of intelligence: the Head, Heart, and Body. The Head helps us think, plan, and seek security; the Heart guides our emotions, relationships, and sense of identity; and the Body connects us to instinct, intuition, and action. While we use all three, we often rely more heavily on one. Therapy can help bring these centers into greater balance, allowing us to respond to life with more awareness, compassion, and intention.
